PRICING & FIRST STEPS
Know what you're
paying for.
Start with a free email fit check. If a paid assessment is the right next step, you'll know what it covers and what it costs before booking.
First, a free fit check.
Tell me about your project through the inquiry form. I'll reply by email to see whether BXR can help.

After the free fit check, we work through one problem together. I then put the recommendation and next steps in writing.

Sending the form is not a booking or a payment.
Your written recommendation
- What I recommend changing, why it matters and what should happen next.
- If I recommend a build, I'll include a starting cost estimate and the assumptions behind it.
Delivered within five business days after your session.
Yours to use, whether or not you ask BXR to implement it.
Implementation is separate. We agree its scope, price and timing before that work begins.
02 PUT IT TO WORK
If you choose to continue
Your project
From recommendation
to working solution.
Scoped & quoted separately
You'll know what's included and how we'll check the finished work before you commit.
- 01
Agree the work
We agree the scope, price and timeline, and explain relevant ongoing costs, before you commit.
- 02
Do the work and review it
I do the work and check it with you against the agreed scope.
- 03
Hand it over
You receive the finished work with clear instructions for using it.
ASSESSMENT CREDIT
Put your assessment fee
toward the project.
Get up to $300 credited toward your first BXR project when we agree its scope and price within 30 calendar days after delivering your written recommendation.
See full credit terms
- The credit applies across BXR's offered services, including custom tools, automation, data analysis, websites and content.
- It applies once, up to $300 or the agreed project fee, whichever is lower.
- Any unused credit isn't refundable as cash or carried forward.
- The project does not need to be completed within those 30 days.
Sometimes the right recommendation is an existing tool or a simpler process.
I'll tell you when that makes more sense.
