Privacy notice

Who this notice is for

BXR Systems is the name DeShaun uses for this independently operated pre-launch software project in North Carolina, USA. This notice covers this website and its problem-brief form. It does not cover a separate client application or service.

What you share

The problem-brief form asks for an email address, a description of what feels slow, frustrating, or harder than it should be, and an optional name. We use those details as launch research, to review the brief, and possibly to ask a follow-up question. Sharing a problem brief does not subscribe you to marketing, open a client project, or commit BXR to a build.

Do not send passwords, payment details, health records, confidential documents, or information you do not have permission to share. The form does not accept file uploads.

Where the information goes

Netlify hosts the site and processes and stores form submissions. Email notifications are configured to go to the BXR Gmail inbox at bxrminkz@gmail.com. Only DeShaun currently reviews problem briefs in those services. Hosting and email providers may also process technical information, such as request or delivery logs, to operate and protect their services.

Cookies and browser storage

BXR's website code does not add advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics. It does not save your form answers in browser storage. Netlify's hosting and security features may use their own cookies and technical data.

Retention and deletion

A fixed retention period for public problem briefs has not yet been selected, and no automatic deletion schedule has been set up. A specific retention practice will be confirmed before client inquiries open.

To ask about a brief, correct information, or request deletion, email bxrminkz@gmail.com. Deleting a Netlify submission does not itself delete its email notification; those copies need to be handled separately.
