About this notice

BXR Systems is operated by DeShaun in North Carolina, USA. This notice explains how BXR handles information submitted through this website's inquiry form. It does not cover a separate client application or project.

What you share and how BXR uses it

The form asks for your email address and a description of what you need help with.

You can also share your name, the type of help you're looking for, the result you want, business details and any relevant timing. Business details can include your industry or niche, the type of customer you serve, and a business name or public website. These extra details are optional.

BXR uses what you choose to share to review your inquiry, respond, and decide with you whether there is a suitable next step.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, book paid work, or commit either of us to a project.

Please don't send passwords, payment details, health records, confidential documents, or information you don't have permission to share. The form does not accept file uploads.

Where your information goes

Netlify hosts the website and processes and stores form submissions. Email notifications go to the BXR Gmail inbox at bxrminkz@gmail.com. DeShaun reviews inquiries through those services.

The hosting and email providers may also handle technical information, such as request and delivery logs, to operate and protect their services. Their own privacy policies cover their practices.

Cookies and browser storage

BXR's website code does not add advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics. It does not save your form answers in browser storage. Netlify's hosting and security services may use their own cookies and technical data.

Retention and deletion

Information in Netlify form submissions and associated Gmail notifications is used to review and respond to inquiries. No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured.

To ask about an inquiry, correct information, or request deletion, email bxrminkz@gmail.com. Deleting a Netlify submission does not by itself delete an email notification; the copies must be handled separately.

Active project records and records BXR needs to retain separately are handled under the relevant project arrangements.
